Our mandate is to assist rural Manitoba residents. In particular, those who are unemployed, under-employed or at risk of becoming unemployed, to prepare for, find, and maintain employment by providing a variety of short-term, employment-related services.

I have recently had no choice to change careers after 12 years,, a very hard task to do and overcome! Sandy has been a huge mentor and full participant in supporting me through this journey! First support she gave me was, when to incorporate yourself into a team and how to respond in certain altercations with a new setting! Work bullying and being talked about around close hallways.
